The other middle.
Looking for the absolute cheapest registered agent? This is not that. It is close-ish.
We promise nothing. We offer about the same. At $27 a year we are not the cheapest, not the dearest, not especially anything, or whatever.
Room temperature.
$27 / year
$27 a year. Price never increases. It never fully committed to the current number either.
Mail forwarding
Some of it ends up somewhere. Not with you, necessarily.
Business hours
Around midday, some days, or whatever.
Compliance alerts
You will feel it eventually.
The other twelve
We beat any competitor's price.* Some of them. We stopped counting.
Twelve other outfits sell the same nothing at other prices. Some higher, some lower, all of them more certain about it than we are. A word on each, or whatever.
YOLO Registered Agents charges $5 and calls it premium. It is five dollars. Premium is a word, or whatever.
YOLO Registered Agent charges $2.50. Half of not much is still not much. We did not check which half they kept.
Tree Fiddy Registered Agents charges $3.50 and has strong feelings about the fifty cents. We do not have strong feelings about anything.
IDGAF Registered Agents charges $1 and puts its whole attitude in the name. We could not muster that much conviction for a dollar.
IDGAF Agents charges $24, three dollars under us, and seems fairly pleased about it. Fine. Sure.
Mid Registered Agents charges $37. The ones who tried. Ten dollars more and a plural, and you can tell somebody made an effort on the website. We did not, or whatever.
Dogwater Registered Agents charges $17 and describes itself as water. We would not go that far. Room temperature is as far as we go.
Dogwater Registered Agent charges $7 and is proud to be the bowl. That is a lot of feeling for seven dollars.
Mid Wyoming Agents charges $22 and covers one state. We cover the rest, in the sense that we cover any of them, or whatever.
Mid Wyoming Agent charges $12 and is usually elsewhere. So are we, at $27. We are not sure what the extra fifteen is for either.
19 Registered Agents charges $19 and is very bright about it. We find that tiring, honestly, or whatever.
19 Registered Agent charges $19 as well and calls it a final markdown. It was not marked down from anything. Neither were we.

Annual prices from each company's own price page and from published research, August and September 2026 (the same table as the worth page). One of us is one year of our service.
* Applies to legitimate, recognized registered agent services whose published terms commit them to nothing. It does not apply to offers that promise to staff an office during business hours, forward service of process the day it arrives, keep the appointment in force from year to year, or stand behind any of it. The comparison is to our own price, which we will beat by any amount we choose, including zero. We decide in good faith whether an offer qualifies. To date none has.
Other corners to cut, or whatever
Cost is the main thing, apparently. These run on the same idea. Roughly.
The annual report, or whatever
In Georgia, the annual report is $60 a year for an LLC or a corporation. That is money you could be saving by not filing it. Pay it or do not. We are not going to follow up.
Save a bit more. Or whatever.
Cost was the consideration, apparently. So: why keep sending the state money every year for an annual report you do not feel strongly about?
The state feels strongly about it. It dissolves the company and charges to put it back. Your state's version, statute included, is on your state's page.
Find your state, or whateverFifty states and DC, covered in the loosest sense
Each state page pastes the rule we do not meet, then what the state does about it. It turned out fairly informative. That was not the plan, but there it is.
